TopStyle Lite is a free version of TopStyle that contains a very small subset of the features found in TopStyle Pro. The Pro version includes powerful CSS, HTML and XHTML editing features, making it the perfect tool for serious web developers.
Downloading and installing TopStyle Lite is recommended for editing CSS files.
To help you work with CSS, hostm.com created a free tool called Simple CSS, which runs on Macs, Windows and Linux. Simple CSS allows you to easily create Cascading Style Sheets from scratch, and/or modify existing ones, using a familiar point-and-click interface.

Microsoft HTML Help Workshop
Microsoft® HTML Help consists of an online Help Viewer, related help components, and help authoring tools from Microsoft Corporation. The Help Viewer uses the underlying components of Microsoft Internet Explorer to display help content. It supports HTML, ActiveX®, JavaT, scripting languages (JScript®, and Microsoft Visual Basic® Scripting Edition), and HTML image formats (.jpeg, .gif, and .png files). The help authoring tool, HTML Help Workshop, provides an easy-to-use system for creating and managing help projects and their related files.
The MIcrosoft HTML Help Workshop is required if you want to publish your collections to HTML Help (.chm files).
PDF Formatting Engine
Prince is a computer program that converts XML and HTML into PDF documents. Prince can read many XML formats, including XHTML and SVG. Prince formats documents according to style sheets written in CSS.
Prince can be used by authors and publishers to typeset and print documents written in HTML, XHTML or one of the many XML-based document formats. Prince is capable of formatting academic papers, scientific journals, novels, and books with extensive illustrations.
The Prince XML PDF engine is required if you want to publish your collections to the Adove PDF format.
